What makes this position so interesting?

In this role you will work in a completely new business unit managing top and bottom line responsibilities. You will work with luxurious products within the beauty category and will have a key role in growing the category and building a new business. You will actively work on all critical market enablers for the category including NPD, Marketing strategy, CRM, Online platforms, Education & Training and Customer insights that support the marketing strategy and ensure a smooth go-to market process.
