HOW DOES IT WORK?
Send in your Curriculum with a short explanation
Then we contact you by phone just to get to know each other a bit better and help us understand your background, ambition and motivation. Then we ask you to complete a questionnaire which includes some of the usual interview questions and some relevant creativity or job related questions.
In case there is sufficient fit with our target group or the vacancy advertised for we will plan a face to face interview or webcam interview (candidates abroad). Together we list your personal goals and see that they are realistic and achievable. From there we mark a straight path to what needs to be accomplished in the next year, in the next 5 years and the next 10 years.
As a result of the interview you receive a personalized Job Design Plan in which we put emphasis on talents, ambition, authenticity and your passion.
We ask you to feedback and to agree on the content. This Job Design Plan is strictly confidential and will only be used after mutual agreement for one specific job opening. After mutual agreement we will introduce you for a job opening at one of our clients.
