So where is the need for a Personal Agent?
There are two key points for using Excellion as your Personal Agent:
1. Career advisor
At the top you need people interested in your story, people who listen, give feedback and advise. Excellion operates exclusively as your Personal Agent.
A Personal Agent who understands your talents and has genuine interest in your personal goals and ambitions. Together we list your personal goals and take care that these are realistic and achievable. From there we mark out a straight path to what needs to be accomplished in the next year, the next 5 and 10 years.
2. Career opener
At the top it is not done to apply for vacant positions. The game is to be approached and asked to apply, or to be introduced by your Personal Agent. Often we draw up shortlists of companies that match your ambitions and next planned steps.
Our Personal Agent service is optional. For this service we charge a fee per session. In the beginning 2 to 5 sessions suffice. Afterwards we offer a "maintenance" service or counseling. (usually 2 to 3 times annually)
