How do we define authentic leadership?

We mean leadership that is pure you, that is honest, natural and sustainable. Be yourself;
know who you are and what you stand for. Authenticity is one of the main success factors for managers these days. As our internet society is getting more transparent and open, there is nothing hidden; all is left open, laid bare, raw, with no need for hypocrisy.

Authentic people perform better. Authentic leadership requires courage to empower relationships. People around you will instinctively feel and sense the pureness of your authentic behavior.
